Does Silence serve the Purpose?

With time we meet different people with different mentalities…….Some talkative, some silent to the core, not to say abt the junta, a mixture of both....So i always tried to find an answer, if there's any right measure of the amount we talk...just like HUTCH does saying Small, Medium, Large :)......one more thing that bothers me is regarding people who talk really less and are in fact proud to do so??!!! are they really justified?
There's only two possibilities when someone hardly talks....Either the person is really innocent or really clever enough to go abt things and managing people knowing when to do what....

But Does being Silent serve the purpose ?............

It's a resounding YES in case of a funeral or a courtroom for ex., but life is all about interacting with new people, living together as a community and i see no reason why junta should restrain themselves from talking more and being more expressive, afterall sharing can become an asset in case of viewpoints....the more we interact the more we learn...we talk we share ideas..we make new friends...so does our contacts.....

but am i being too opinionated...mebbe to an extent.....So looking on the other side of the coin....silence sometimes speaks volumes......in telugu it is said tht "mounam ardhangeekaram ani"...so mebbe it is used this way atleast.......theres no point pondering on points tht i dont believe........

I think depending on the situation a successful person is one who can strike a right balance between the combination of the content and timing of wht to talk which i feel i am first from the last........

so comments are welcome.......told u right atleast ab tho baath karo ..... :)

hey praveen..good one there..

But hey..see...some people r inherantly silent..it is their nature..they r built that way..it is not coz they want to be like that ..or that they want to hide n achieve something ..its just the way they are..they cant help it

yea ,i do agree that in this world..u need to express yourself to be successful..that does not mean u need to be a chatterbox ;) U just have to talk at the right time..in the right way..something that ppl (u kno who :) ) must learn...

keep writing :) and hey.it is COOL..lukin forward to more frm u..
